El Bajo is a mashup city where many conflicts coexist, typical of being next to a metropolis city. El Bajo is like a port without a river, where there are abandoned railway stations, many street vendors, fairs, immigrants, it is the entrance and exit of the city where the flow of people is massive.

Its steep slope is due to the fact that in the seventeenth century it was close to a river that no longer exists today.

El Bajo defines an aesthetic by itself, bordering on kitsch, collage, perhaps typical of a Latin city, a city that seems stopped in time, a cultural mashup.

The levels of weirdness in the project are given by those factors that seem to be invisibilized that are mimetized with the city, the car window cleaners, some old trees, food carts, abandoned architecture that today is covered with bushes and humidity, textures and colors, the vibrations are continuously with the city.
