"Walkers paint I" is an abstract generative experiment on variations created by group of random walkers and you. Their movement is expressed simultaneously in two different layers, an almost autonomous system you can interact with by changing parameters.

Click on the canvas to change the colours within the composition, press the 'f' key to change between uniform or variable steps, press 'g' to constrain the movement in one direction or press 'h' to constrain the other direction. The different combinations of these parameters make different variations appear. Press '+' to speed up the process or '-' to slow down. Together with the walkers, you create a collective whole in which variations can emerge.

The piece is responsive and the different formats also change the constraints of the movement and become a parameter, with the 'v' key you can toggle portrait mode.

With 'f' you can change between uniform or variable steps

Press '+' to speed up and '-' to slow down the walkers
With the key 'p' you can toggle pause/play
Press 'v' for portrait mode

Press 's' to save a png image
Press 'j' to save a jpg image
Pixeldensity is set, you can alter it with '1','2' and '4' to change the size of the image.
