The TV test patterns is widely recognized as one of the iconic populer culture symbols of the 1980s and 1990s. Numerous novelty and collectible items has been patterned after the famous test card, including wall clocks, badseets, wristwatches, and clothing (wiki says). So why shouldn't they find a place for themselves as generative token?
