Störungen is an exercise in suprematism in generative art. Not a new concept by any means, but (hopefully) uniquely applied.

In this work a single line is drawn from the center of the artwork, spiraling out and being perturbed by various constraints and disturbed by various controlling forces. These perturbations produce different illusions and, when combined, create feeling.

This piece is created in p5js, but is also intended to be plotted. Plotting will not allow for the blurring or color in the piece, but will instead give you a single color version of the perturbed spiral that you can print.

Open the token in a new window and:
- add &highres=true to the URL to get a highres image for printing
- add &svg=true to have the program create a plottable SVG
- double-click to download a PNG or SVG
