In "The Lights of Life" project, I celebrate twenty years of my artistic journey by exploring the intersections of matter, spirit, and technology through generative art. This piece, "Red Intense Passion," is the second in an eight-part series. Each artwork in this series reflects one of the seven colors of dispersed white light, each symbolizing a different human state of mind essential for enlightenment.

In this work, red embodies intense passion, a force that arises naturally from within, yet needs nurturing and fueling.  Passion empowers us, bringing vitality, energy, and the drive to take action. In its absence, we may feel detached and apathetic.

The primal red fluid in this piece, which I call "atavistic magma,"  represents the fundamental energy from which all matter originates.  Within this fluid, a green cone floats, symbolizing how human passion directs us toward a clear goal, moving our entire being toward fulfillment and generating inner strength.

Generative art allows me to code this evolving concept, with each artwork distinct, mirroring each person’s unique journey toward illumination. Through programming,  each piece iteration becomes its entity, reflecting the individuality and vibrancy of the human experience.

This series will culminate with a final piece depicting white light, reformed after passing through the seven colors and their corresponding human states.  Each artwork includes a poetic verse, which, once completed, will form a unified poem, a contemplation on the harmony of the universe and humanity's place within it.

Through this work, I invite viewers to connect with intense passion and recognize the inner energy it offers.  We are small parts of a greater whole, yet art allows us to grasp fragments of the light that illuminates our world.
