"Depicting architectural"

The idea of depicting architectural designs for buildings in the future dates back to the 19th century with the rise of industrialization and advancements in technology. Architects and artists began to imagine what cities and buildings of the future might look like, often featuring towering skyscrapers, flying cars, and sleek, modern designs.

One early example is the 1889 World's Fair in Paris, which featured a "City of the Future" exhibit that showcased a vision of a highly-developed, technologically advanced metropolis. In the early 20th century, architects such as Le Corbusier proposed designs for "machine for living" buildings that were meant to be efficient and functional, with an emphasis on clean lines and minimal ornamentation.

In the decades that followed, architects and designers continued to create images of future buildings and cities, with an increasing focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness. This can be seen in concepts like the "smart city," which envisions cities that are highly connected and responsive to the needs of citizens, and designs for buildings that incorporate renewable energy sources and green spaces.
