Inner-city nights, where the arrival of each new rift causes the city and its inhabitants to morph and shift. No one knows where the rifts come from nor the purpose yet. Some have learned to harness the power of the rift, some are afraid of them. Stories are told of the people who disappeared, while some seemingly unbalanced, try to convince others of strange off-world lands.
