One year ago, I published my first Fx(hash) work, "Finding my way". This piece marks its anniversary, and is intended as a THANK YOU to all the people that collected my works.
It is based on the same algorithm as "Finding my way", i.e. a line growth animated process based on Substrate (Jared Tarbell, 2003) guided by dynamically changing vector fields made with trigonometric functions, but it uses different palettes, more vector fields, and a few more tweakings of the algorithm parameters.
The original piece was intended to symbolise a person's process of finding her/his way. Upon further reflections on the result, I think it more as representing a community process. So here is my wish for the Fx(hash) community, let's keep on finding our way.
In what now could become a tradition, I've stolen again a palette from the beautiful work of Iskra Velitchkova.
