I have been doing a lot of experimenting with isometric grids. The goal is to generate isometric cities and isometric rooms. This sketch demonstrates how to draw tube towers on an isometric grid which look like the skyscrapers of a city. A matrix is used to ensure that towers are not placed on the same square, but due to the need to fill the entire canvas without a fixed size this is only slightly working. The height and the color of the towers is random. The number of towers is also random so some instances will have more space between towers.
