It is a Matrix text drop effect, but it got a catch in it - there is a 20% for it to glitch out, Mildly or heavily. multiple variations to the text:
Background Color (6),
Characters Color (7 + Multi-color),
Symbol types (13)
Glitch (false / mild / heavy)
