Out on the leading edge of the blockchain lies a multitude of new solar systems just waiting to be explored.
This generative art project uses p5.js to produce a representation of these solar systems using the transaction hash of your purchase.
Four values are determined when this piece is first purchased.
Star Type: M (Common), K (Uncommon), G (Uncommon), F (Uncommon), A (Uncommon), B (Uncommon), O (Rare), Black Hole (1%)
Number of Planets: 2 to 11 planets with an equal chance of generation
Number of Asteroid Belts*: None (Common), 1 (Uncommon), 2 (Rare), 3 (Very Rare)
Background**: Stars (Common), Galactic Arm (Uncommon), Nebula (Rare)
*The generation of an Asteroid Belt will replace a planetary orbit. E.g. A system that is generated with 10 planets and three asteroid belts will result in a system that contains seven planets and three asteroid belts.
** The background features generated use a seeded random value function and while they should conform to the standards of pseudorandom generation set forth by fx(hash), I am unable to guarantee that the exact position of 500+ objects are always going to generate in the exact position every time the project is loaded.
