fates by scoopta

a generative art project on fxhash exploring randomly placed interconnected squares that create illusions of 3d shapes. this is inspired by Sol LeWitt’s Wall Drawing #118 and by the Fates of Greek mythology who spin the thread of your destiny. the squares’ movement is determined by 2D Perlin noise.

there are six randomly generated traits per token:

# of squares (per object)
size of squares
color theme
movement type
directional bias
