After launching "City Lights", I started animating some of the scenes to send as a gift to collectors. A few more iterations later, this started to feel like it deserved its own fxhash project, which turned into "City Life". This work attempts to evoke a meditative feeling by carefully balancing features like density, size and color. It aims to add a sense of depth with the most basic shading and perspective, and it suggests the presence of life merely through the play of light and shade.
