Citta as mind Citta as city.

Citta is city of interconnected minds from future of Metropolis IX(Project id:13292), after singularity people uploaded their consciousness into inorganic self-constructing structures.

There are 13 different mind-hives named with upper case letters, only "MC-00001" is monochrome rest is in color. "SCMB" and "SCCB' are in spiral formation due to their nature.
