This generative token aims at depicting the beauty of minimalist scientific diagrams.
The outputs might remind the viewers of histology or anatomy-like diagrams, and that is what the project is inspired by.

Countless hours were spent staring at diagrams like these ones during medical school.
This project is somewhat of a tribute to the years going through it, and to the scientific knowledge this field has to offer, and has offered me so far.

On a more technical level, this project uses a circle packing algorithm to draw various morphing shapes on the canvas.

It then uses a “hand-made handwriting generator” (pun intended) to simulate captions of the drawn shapes, and gives a title to the piece.

25 hand-picked palettes were used in the algorithm, and each output features a representation of the colours in the palette used, at the bottom left of the piece.

Different underlying variables constitute the rarity system defined here.

This project was made with love, nostalgia, and the p5js library.
