"Breakthrough Moment" is the result of an algorithm originally started in June 2021. Each piece is generated from a grid of pegs with marks on top or below. It came about after working on printing presses and screen printing especially dealing with overlaps and negative space. I imagine that each piece is slowly being typed out on a machine. The results range from op art to a marked up bingo card. Prose is generative, in my own writing style, and the result of lots of editing. Each line of prose is grammatically correct and should stand alone as a moment. My only hope is that each output is considerably different than the last.
