This is a bingo game generator: there is a 90 numbers extraction common to every mint and a 15 numbers ticket generated on each mint.

When all the ticket's 15 numbers are extracted it's "bingo" and the game ends.
When the bingo happens with the first 15 extracted numbers it's a "Beppe Bingo Bingo Beppe".
