"Bayerlinge" is motivated by the artworks of Herbert Bayer (1900-1985). The Upper Austrian born artist spent his life in Germany and the United Stated and also worked as graphic designer, painter, and many more.

I was inspired by his piece "Foursome" from 1971 and aimed to deliver the same feeling in a generative setting. The token expands upon Bayer's arrangement, adding different shapes and for more than the overlapping 2x2 setup.
