Keyboard shortcuts

- space bar : pause/resume animation
- 2 : render @ 2 x resolution
- 4 : render @ 4 x resolution
- x : download canvas as PNG @ current resolution
- s : download canvas as SVG @ current resolution; This can be used with a plotter.
