This work is a representation of complex systems found in both nature and society. The artwork consists of simple recursively divided cells, showcasing the self-similarity that exists in many structures. The texture of each cell resembles the weave of fabric, emphasizing the interconnected nature of these systems. The patterns and structures generated by the artwork follow simple rules, yet the resulting composition is intricate and complex. This artwork highlights the way that simple elements can combine to form more complex systems, and prompts reflection on the underlying structures that shape our world. The texture which resembles fabric or weaved material is not an afterthought but was more the initial purpose of this work.
