Morixels Projects and Land

Biography
I was born in 1973 and grow up in a family where three other members before me were artists. My father was a theater actor and director and my older sister was studying interior design at university, but unfortunately, due to the Iranian revolution, she couldn't finish her studies. My other sister is a painter. Since I was a child, I had a passion for the arts. I taught myself to play the guitar and a mini Org that I received as a birthday gift. I could turn anything I heard into music.
Since I learned how to read, I became interested in my father's theater scripts. He kept them on he upper shelf of a closet and I had to climb up to reach them. In school, I started building theaters and forming groups. Later, I participated in school theater performances as the lead role and even won awards for it. At the same time, I was offered a role in a film, but my father, who was an actor himself, did not want me to play in theaters. my father changed my school so that I would become more interested in sciences and mathematics, even though my math was always good. After the change of my school, I was no longer able to continue theater. This was the time when computer games started. My older brother and I put together our first TV game console and played games with it. The early games were simple, but since it was a new experience, it was very fascinating for me. We used to spend hours in front of the TV and connect the console to it and play games.
When I was 13 years old (mean 36 years ago), my brother bought a home computer for his university projects. It was a Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k device that only had 48 kilobytes of memory and a weak processor. To play games on it, you had to use a cassette tape and feed the information to it by tape.
This was my first start and my introduction to computer graphics. At the end of the device's manual, there were several programs that generated geometry arts. In the beginning, I was just typing them, but later I learned the Basic programming language that the device used and started creating new images myself. These may have been the first generative arts that I produced, but since we had to save them on cassette tape, I don't have anything left of them.
Later, we bought an 80/286 personal computer and I could work with more and better programs on it. I remember the first computer we bought had very low RAM, maybe one or two megabytes at most. That was where I got familiar with many graphic software besides playing games on that computer. Due to the low memory of that computers, most games and graphics were 8-bit. And this may be the reason why pixel-Art and 8-bit graphics are appealing to my generation. Perhaps we have a nostalgia for them.
So far I have given the story a long explanation in order for you to understand my interest in generative art and pixel art, and so as not to bore you, I will now quickly summarize the story of my life.
I had a strong interest in animation alongside graphics, so I got familiar with the Animator Pro program and I learned about the 3D modeling program 3DS version 2 in DOS, which is an older version of the current 3DSmax.This was the time when I was accepted into university, But instead of reading academic books, I had a book on 3D modeling in my hand. This caused a few of my friends to also become interested in 3D animation, and it led us to make our first animation in the basement of one of our friend's houses. The 6-minute animation took us 3 months to complete, and the rendering took another month. Animation participated in various festivals, and this led us to be invited to Iran's largest animation company at that time. 6 months Later, after leaving the company, my friends and I established our own animation company and entered the field of animation and television advertising. Of course, the group fell apart later, but I continued my work as an animator and later as a director for the past 25 years.
When the pandemic hit, I was forced to stay at home and couldn't make money from my previous job, so I initially used my expertise in trading which unfortunately resulted in a loss. Later, I got introduced to NFT and my work there started at the beginning of 2020, but due to a lack of information at that time, it took around 3 to 4 months for me to start my first NFT. Over the years, in addition to producing and selling more than thousands of NFTs, I also established a group and help new NFT artists. Our group now has about 3600 members in Clubhouse, and sometimes we gather in the evenings and I answer their questions or review their Artwork.

The project Morixels started with the idea of having a Collab between me and the collectors. I produce NFTs at a low cost and they use their own community for selling so both of us can be happy and make a profit. In the beginning, I clearly stated on the website that I don't have a roadmap, but eventually, I realized that I had to design a good roadmap for it since I am an Idea man. Moving towards a dedicated marketer for the project and creating incentives for early buyers, like the ability to join the Collab alongside the project, was one of my personal goals. Another goal I had in mind was to provide benefits for other talented friends in addition to personal profits. By creating the largest Collaboration in the FXhash, I made many people use my communities in this project and become recognized.
Why I used "Mans" and did not use "Men" in the name has reasons that I may talk about later with you. However, my interest in Pixel Art and the environment in which it was presented in FXhash was the reason I loaded this project on FXhash. I will also talk to you about other projects and other ideas like my own Metaverse in later. But for now, I will only talk about my new project, which is generative art.
Morixels Abstrogen
Just as I mentioned, I have an interest in programming and generative art, but due to work obligations in past years, I couldn't produce any generative art. This project may be my first full-code design without relying on any external libraries. Launching on 6th February 2023. (This means tomorrow when I write this article )
The main idea was to make an artwork similar to Pixel Art while being random, and I focused on using rotating instead of flipping for creating repeating patterns, as I personally don't like symmetry. Along with all the above, it's important to have an abstract creation with harmonious colors. The most important part is when you enjoy the Artwork and are willing to keep it for your wallet or use it for commerce Or use it for investment and use your community to sell it by posting on Twitter.
I will complete this article in the future, so you can be informed of its changes later by Minting one.
Note: the computer photos are not mine and are image searches. I can't find photographers so I can't credit him or her.
