1) 2001 a space odyssey
The size of the monoliths are 1 to 4 to 9 (which changes with the animation).

Note already included in the description of the nft:
Parallelepipeds
mysterious symbol of progress.
They have the ability to communicate images by abduction, that is, from the outside.
Therefore they are configured as a source of knowledge, which nullifies the illusion of the achievement of progress by pure deduction.
They represent a foreign force, a deus ex machina that guides the path of humanity.
2) Dark city (movie)
At midnight (but it could also be noon) the buildings deform and reconstruct the city, giving it a new face, this is the idea of the animation of the monoliths.
it is a vision: a dream, or a nightmare, in which our memory coincides with our soul. A zoo where the sun never rises, where never experienced feelings are imposed on you, where your past, the real one, is erased forever, lost who knows where.
My note:
The one narrated is a more subtle conflict, between imposed irl personalities and real personalities, which we tend to show in the virtual, which however are obliged to fade into one another and to interpenetrate.
3) Simcity (videogame)
Famous game in which we build our city, I was inspired by the potion of monoliths, very close as in an urban agglomeration.
My note:
I spent hours and hours building and imagining cities, including sewers, it seemed to me the least to mention it since it gave so much to creativity.
4) Hunter (videogame)
The Activision title, released in 1991 for the amiga 500, brought a totally revolutionary 3D graphics sector and game concept to the televisions and monitors of the past. I was inspired by the graphics of the time, in which we put a lot of imagination.
My note:
It is probably the first sandbox game in history that combines action and tactics. An open world, freely explorable and populated by NPCs, vehicles of all kinds, structures of various kinds (wind turbines, ed), fauna and flora, minimal suppur. Perhaps already in the smell of metaverse.
Final comments:
In my intent, they represent an allegory, in 2021 I had the first contact with a mysterious non-fungible object, as soon as I touched it I had a dream, a vision, of a decentralized future where everyone can open their drawers and show their dreams that have been dormant for some time.
Where will these objects (nfts) take us? A new renaissance? A new industrial revolution? Nobody knows, it's up to us to decide our future and fantasy is the door to the stars.
To create I mainly used three.js, bootstrap, TweenMax.
The algorithm set creates diversifications in the number of monoliths (as mentioned, the dimensions are constant) in the distance of the frame, in the colors and in the floor, with different degrees of opacity
